摘要

目的 麝香是麝属雄性个体香囊的分泌物,是我国的名贵中药材,其有效成分主要为麝香酮。研究表明,不同的干燥方法测定的麝香酮含量有一定差异。本研究主要对温度与负压时长对麝香酮含量的影响进行研究,从而为麝香干燥方法的选取提供数据。方法 将新鲜麝香分别置于温度为13.5 ℃和40 ℃的减压干燥箱中,分期取样测定其麝香酮含量。结果 随着存放时间的加长,两组麝香麝香酮含量迅速降低,13.5 ℃组8 d和11 d的麝香酮含量较初始值极显著降低,11 d的麝香酮含量较8 d极显著降低;40 ℃组8 d和11 d的麝香酮含量较初始值极显著降低。结论 温度和负压时长对麝香中麝香酮含量有显著影响。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of negative pressure duration on the content of muscone, the main active ingredient of Musk, at different temperatures (13.5 ℃ and 40 ℃). METHODS Three samples of musk dried by decompression drying method in vacuum drying cabinet with phosphorus pentoxide at 13.5 ℃ and 40 ℃ were used for muscone determination. RESULTS The content of muscone decreased sharply as the time of storage went on. When dried at 13.5 ℃, the contents of muscone on day 8 and 11 were lower than that on day 3 significantly, and the content on day 11 was lower than that on day 8 extremely significantly. For samples dried at 40 ℃ the content of muscone on day 8 and 11 was lower than that on day 3 extremely significantly. CONCLUSION Temperature and negative pressure duration have significant effects on muscone content in musk of forest Musk deer.
